In The Name Of Love

The famous song by the rock band U2, entitled “In The Name Of Love,” beautifully ties together the extreme love found in Jesus and the extreme love found in Dr. Martin Luther King. In 2021, for only the second time in history, the day we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus landed on the same day we mourn the passing of Dr. King. Dr. King’s inspiration for love came from the love he found in Jesus. The resurrection of Jesus makes it possible for all of us to experience this full throttle radical extreme love on the inside of our souls transforming us to become extremists for love ourselves.
