Atmosphere is very active in going outside the walls of the church, bringing bringing love to the poor, hurting, and broken in our valley, as well as to those around the world.

SERVE DAYS

Atmosphere Serve Day is a twice annual event where we serve and love our surrounding cities through practical acts of kindness. We are talking Jesus-style no-strings-attached kind of love. These simple acts of service will open hearts to Jesus and give us opportunity to pray for hurting people in our community.

Royal Family Kids Camp Thousand Oaks 

(RFKC) is a free summer camp experience for children in the Ventura & LA County foster care system. These children, ages 7–11, who have experienced relational trauma, benefit from a safe, supportive, and fun camp environment designed specifically for them. All volunteers are carefully vetted and complete trauma-informed training to help ensure campers feel safe, understood, and encouraged throughout their time at camp.
Activities include swimming, dancing, music, a talent show, engaging Bible stories, thoughtful activities and art projects, cabin stories, dress-up, games on the lawn, lizard catching, tea parties, and our favorite tradition: the “Everybody’s Birthday” celebration.

Our desire is to treat each camper like royalty, with a volunteer staff that feels like family.

I HEART ZAMBIA

Atmosphere has a partnership with a church and school in Lusaka, Zambia. 

Every other year, we send a team to Zambia for two weeks of outreach events at the school and surrounding areas.

Atmosphere Meals Ministry

Occasionally there are opportunities to Live the Love by volunteering to make a meal, or provide a gift card, for an individual or family in need.  You can select what day and time you provide the meal based on your time and schedule.
