Sorrow About The Future

Dec 20, 2020    Pastor Jim Crews

This year, Christmas is going to be a bit different. Typically as we sing that familiar Bing Crosby song “I’ll Be Home for Christmas,” images flood our minds of families coming home from far and away. But in 2020, this song title has a whole new meaning. With everyone sheltered in place for the last 9 months, it feels more like a house arrest.

This season has created many challenges for marriages and families that we want to talk about as we enter into this Christmas season. Specifically, strains in relationships, struggles with loneliness, and sorrows with the uncertainty of our future.
